Refunds & Returns
At Honey Rae, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
Exchanges
- Items must be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit Policy
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the full value of the item (excluding original shipping costs). Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code sent to the email used at checkout. This code can be used toward any future Honey Rae purchase.
Please note:
- Store credit does not expire.
- Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Store credit codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
